I’m the Founder of In the Beginning, a one-woman creative service based in South Wales, UK. I specialise in authentic, warm, and honest content that reflects the soul of your business and brand.

I have a background in public sector communications, where people were at the centre of my work: stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and clear, impactful communication.

In the Beginning came to life in Spring 2025, a restless desire to close the gap between myself and the people I wanted to work with, and to take a more hands-on, creative approach I could deliver with authority and passion.

My style of management is neither trend-led nor sales-focussed. Instead, I’m here to help businesses craft authentic narratives and connect directly with their audiences, so that aligned conversions naturally follow.

I combine a background in creative writing, photography, videography, and communications to provide a deeply personal service that businesses and brands can rely on.

When I’m not behind a laptop, you can usually find me walking through the Black Mountains, Wye Valley or around Monmouthshire. I’m really passionate about the environment and animal welfare, and trying to spend as much as my life offline so I can make the online world a richer place.
